To better prepare law enforcement for infrequent, high-risk situations, such as hot pursuits, use of force or felony car stops, the Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas (LEMIT) at Sam Houston State University's Criminal Justice Center hosted a training to identify common human errors and how to avoid them as officers and agencies.
